Square Long Tee 104-D (40mm)
Tube Clamp or Pipe Clamps for 40x40mm box section. Complies with B.S. EN1461. And are also known by the term key clamps.
A 90° long tee connection between two tubes. Used on straight and level guardrail to connect the vertical to the rail. This can be used to join tubes in the top of the twin grubscrew long tee. This clamp can be used with either 2 or 3 tubes (see diagram).
Our tube clamps can be used to produce a wide range of handrails, furniture pieces, shop fittings, displays etc... By using square tube clamps you can beneift from a more unique design, which is much faster to assemble.
This clamp is suitable for our 40x40 box section available in galvanised steel finish or aluminium.

All clamps come with stainless steel grub screws fitted. If full tightened using a ratchet key to a torque of 4.1kg/m (29ft/lb), the grub screw is capable of withstanding an applied slipload of 900kg.
